03. The price comes out — Straight away, along with how many materials you will need.
04. Send it — Add their name and email, and send the quote as a proper PDF. Same day, from wherever you are.
What this actually changes
You send a price the same day instead of next week. The first person to send a quote usually wins the job.
You stop driving out to people who were never going to hire you. You only get in the truck once you already have the work.
And the numbers come out the same way every time, so you stop losing money on the awkward jobs.
